Ordering Process

1. Quote Your Print Order

Enter details of your order, such as dimensions, quantities and your paper choice and submit to us.
We will contact you by email or phone call for more information, if needed.

Receive a quote on your order within 1 to 2 business days via e-mail.

2. Review Your Estimate and Accept

After you receive your estimate, please review your order thoroughly and click if everything is correct.

3. Invoice will be sent to you for payment

Once you ACCEPT your estimated quote, we will send to you a temporary invoice. This invoice is for payment ONLY. The final invoice will be submitted to you after your job is completed via e-mail.
You may use your credit card or paypal account for payment.

If you want to pay with your check, contact us for mailing address. The order will not be sent until your check is received and cleared.
Please allow us 2 to 3 days for processing your check payment.

4. Read the File Preparation

Please read our file prepraration page before you send your own designed file to us.
If the file does not meet our required specifications, we CANNOT gurantee the highest quality printing.

5. Upload Your Files

After all the payment process is completed, you can now upload your files. We will immediately send you an e-mail on how and where you can upload the file.

6. Approve Your Proof

Review the digital or printed proof that we will provide to you and approve or decline the proof.
Let us know if something is not to your satisfaction and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Printing

Printing timeframe varies depending on the product and quantity. Most of our turnaround time will be approximately 2 to 4 business days and 5 to 7 business days (Booklet) after your approval and payment.
Please contact us if you need to rush your order. Additional handling charges may apply.

8. Shipping

Unless you choose your own mailing services, you need to select one of the shipping options when you request a price quote. When choosing a shipping option, please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up. For instance, an order chosen to be shipped 2nd Day that is picked up on a Thursday would be delivered by the end of following Monday.

Shipping transit times vary, and Momo Print & Design assumes no responsibility for delays caused by unforeseen reasons, such as delays by a shipping carrier, inclement weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time as specified. We will do our best to inform you of any such delays if and when Momo Print & Design becomes aware of them.

Momo Print & Design’s responsibility is limited to preparing your printing order and submitting it to the carrier for shipping.
Momo Print & Design is not liable for damages which occur during shipping.

If you choose to personally pickup your order, please contact us for our location.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
